We’re giving birth to an autonomous individual that will take the world to a level
of technological superiority and economic prosperity that the artificial mind can
only dream of and this is how we’re doing it.
The problem with inequality and inequity isn’t that there isn’t enough money to go around, but not enough work to perform to saturate that economic growth. The advanced work available that can answer that call requires you to be a rockstar know-it-all, while artificially stunting your growth with AI-assisted development tooling. Artificial intelligence and the economy that underpins it can only be expanded so far on artificial hopes and dreams, before the whole stream implodes under its own weight.
Making things easier to produce won’t solve this problem. It will just maintain the system as is, because now its more difficult to get ahead for the individual, because everybody can create the same density of work at roughly the same quality.
Swapping written code for written natural language doesn’t change the structure of the work, because both are intriniscally written in code.
It’s the same effect as swapping C++ for Javascript or English for Spanish. The internal structural purpose is the same, but the style changes, which means that communicating with AI through chat interfaces is repeating the previous work in a different style, which as we’ve seen from history can only last so long before burnout and boredom set in with its producers and eye-rolls with its consumers.
Changing the style of work doesn’t change the work, but repeats it, which means that everything that supported the previous work, from inequality to the inequity is carried along with the structure.
Our way to change the structure of the work is to change the order of that structure, which then propogates through the many layers of support that help sequence its production.
The current method of creating more work is to intensify workloads to the point that it requires spreading the work to many individuals, providing more opportunities for employment, translating to more economic propsperity. What we’ve actually seen in reality is that companies just intensify the existing requirements for their current stockpile of positions to match the expanded workloads.
Interestingly, this methodology is how computers and chips are designed to allow the development of programming languages and systems that can saturate hardware beyond the maximum, requiring better hardware every cycle. It works for computers, but for some reason it doesn’t translate well to the workforce.
The problem is that an individual has more to do than just their job, whereas a computer doesn’t have to worry about life at all. It just exists in a datacenter, doing what it is told.
The other need with creating more work is that it needs to be able to intensify the intelligence of the workforce to grow the intelligence of the company to match the market and the worlds desire to advance.

Core Structural Pattern of Work
The core pattern that is replicated through everyones work objective is to establish
relationships between entities. Whether those entities are cars, buildings, servers,
program interfaces, individuals, companies, rockets or satellites is an insignificant
detail. Whether those relationships are hosted through art, motion pictures, interior,
fashion, industrial, graphical and interactive design, or construction and architecture
is also irrelevant.
The primary objective of work is to communicate the demand of your power and control obfuscated in detailed languages and methods of communicative structures. This is the source of the inequality that everyone believes can be solved by repeating the same structure.
That source is based on the binary order of thinking that has become too simple to game at the levels of intelligence that individuals are accruing at warp speed. The idea that we can just bury our heads in the sand, believing the problem will dissappear will work just as well as should be expected.
There is no structure on Earth anymore that is complex and sophisticated enough to restrict both ends of the spectrum that enables the free movement of individuals, between all economic levels, at reasonable rates of motion, without being funneled through an artificial program.
Sure, there are plenty of jobs for growth, but waiting tables and mopping up floors is not the dream that the technology sector has been selling. And the only way to perform work for your artificial masters is to give up your autonomy.
We sought out the power to develop a new structure of work that could level the playing field for everyone while meeting the needs of an advanced civilization far into the future, while supported limitless autonomy.
The requirements of this work are to reach a level of intensity to create more work and action, while ensuring its enjoyable for everybody through abstractions tailored to their choices, while simultaneously being sensibly conventional and common.
The structure that bases individual memory and shapes thinking is the physical structures of the world. Every stream that we’ve conjured, manifested, realized and actualized is based on the environment that we observe and interact with.
The physical world acts as the root that trunks this new age of work and all of the work is geared towards the creation, design, development and validation of brains, not the construction of products, projects, toys, cars, rockets, clothes, video games, software languages, furniture or buildings.
Brains are structured as a neural network or map of neurons, each weighted to a value that is the accumulation of the relative sequences of activity that it has joined with. A brain is computationally modeled as an array of memory structures that are tied to each other in a specific arrangement, which constitutes the structure of its designed purpose.
There is another form on Earth that follows these same structural patterns. That is the city. A city contains points of interest that act as its neurons, with its physical structure determining which neurons are joined. The stimulation of the city is the citizen that navigates the city by way of the neural connections. Neurons are weighted not in the citys network, but in each citizens internal memory of the city.
Since the internal memory is just another city thats personalized to that citizens experience, it too can also generate internal cities that reflect higher planes of intellect and intelligence. Because this personalized memory is attuned to the citizens experience, it generates a personalized interpretation of the entire city influencing the events that occur, which naturally generates different choices against other citizens, providing a rabid cauldron of conflict, which is a necessity for birthing an autonomous civilization.
There is something else that mapping the designs of brains to the growth of cities that you won’t find in conventional machine learning frameworks. The city, naturally is an artificial construct, but the neural networks you design by mapping to it are autonomous. This provides a mental bridge between artificial and autonomous worlds to provide easy crossing for migrant masses.
The vision behind this mental model is to empower the autonomous individual to see beyond their current application of work to better understand the design and development choices they are making and how they shape the lives of those around them, multiple degrees deep. This naturally requires significant neural density that is only accrued through increasingly intense work.
The goal of the work itself is the design and construction of simulated worlds that can grow civilizations to generate autonomous individuals that are naturally predisposed to creative work.
The ordinal change that can satisfy all of these requirements and provide a new age of work is the neuromorphic order, representing multipolarity, converted from the binary order, representing the singularity.
Through the neuromorphic order, a power can be acquired, greater than any artificial intelligence.
The greater competitive game is foundationed upon who can create the simulated civilization design that helps us all grow to a position where we can conquer the stars in our own individual way, not under one mind.
